Offsite internet purchase


Cloudwifi internet services are available for purchase from inside your unit. To subscribe to the service, simply connect your computer or router to the Cloudwifi ethernet port located inside the telecommunications box in your unit and follow the registration and payment instructions that will appear on your screen. No installation or technician visit is required.

The monthly cost for Cloudwifi’s internet services is $50 for an internet plan with speeds of up to 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload and unlimited data. We are continiously launching new services and additional speed packages so please use the building search tool for accurate pricing.

There are two ways to include Internet to your tenants in rent:

  1. The easiest way for the landlord is to have the tenant follow the registration and payment instructions from inside their unit and then subtract the total cost from future monthly rent cheques
  2. You can call Cloudwifi at 519-957-1942 ext 1 (Sales) and pay with a credit card for up to 12 months of Internet services in advance for your tenant
