With the rising demands for Internet connections in large buildings, Cloudwifi is excited to launch our new Condo Connectivity Program! For a fixed monthly fee, all of your condominium’s current and future Internet connectivity needs will be taken care of.
This program includes the following features and benefits to the Corporation:
- Administrative Internet – Connections for Property Management Office, Concierge/Security desk, etc.
- Common Area Wi-Fi– Wifi in all Common Areas of the building such as Party Room, Rooftop, Lobby, Gym, Business Centre, Pool, Theatre, Games Room, Parking Garage, etc.
- Guest Suite Wi-Fi– Wifi in the Guest Suites
- Building Systems Internet – Internet connectivity for building systems such as access controls, intercom, security cameras, DVR, building automation, Internet of Things (IoT), utility monitoring/metering, parking, smart building services, sensors, etc.
In addition, residents of buildings enrolled in the Condo Connectivity Program will be eligible for the following bonuses:
- Free Basic Internet – The Basic 5 Unlimited Internet package will be made available for residents of your building to subscribe to anytime, with absolutely no monthly cost.
